Workflow

User Administration

Creating a New User

In the Accounts Screen (1) click the Add User Button (2)

Choose the appropriate Role, enter the users information, and press the Save Changes Button. Users with Admin or Marketing roles will recieve an email to the address entered for their user name everytime there is a new winner added to the Winner's Wall.

User Roles

Admin

  • Create New Winner
  • Edit Winner picture (i.e. change to stock photo, add or remove watermark)
  • Approve Release Form
  • Post to Website and Social
  • View Audit Trail
  • Add New Users
  • Will receive email everytime a new winner is added

Marketing

  • Create New Winner
  • Edit Winner picture (i.e. change to stock photo, add or remove watermark)
  • Approve Release Form
  • Post to Website and Social
  • Will receive email everytime a new winner is added

Create

  • Create New Winner

Edit User or Change User Password

Create New Winner Profile

Edit Winner Profile
